Hello sweethearts.
Suddenly when you are hungry you get up to eat something, without pressure, without expensive work. Just your body asks for it. Likewise when you go to the bathroom. I also feel the need to write because something is burning inside me and it spreads until it asks my fingers to pour it out on the computer (and sometimes a notebook). I think that's the way it should be, to enjoy the fact of being seduced by the need rather than by exhaustion and obligation. I like the broad meaning of the word “warm up”. That the fact of having enough fires makes us move. To warm up when one cooks, when one goes for a walk or a hike in the forest, to warm up, to be filled with joy when one looks at the trees, or looks at a lover. To touch like a temple the body of the other, with that care and that curiosity.
The urgency of the times constantly reminds us to hurry, to discipline ourselves, to do it right. But they forget to tell us (and we also forget to tell ourselves) that we are fragile bodies, that sometimes we can't do everything, that there are days when we fail and we don't achieve everything. And others we do. And that's okay. What matters is that there is a flame that is still alive to always try again. Every time.
Remember that if you leave comments and little hearts, it helps me a lot. Thanks for reading.
hugs

Thank you Rozi for a very thoughtful blog! Reading it has encouraged me to start to consider for myself that maybe it's ok if i'm not 100% disiplined! Changing my mindset is difficult, but thanks to you i'll investigate the options. Andi <3
Thank you, Andi. Yes, I was thinking about that. Now I'm touched because it seemed super crazy that I put this title to this post, not knowing that the great David Lynch has left us. Did you read his book “catch the goldfish”? I recommend it.
Hi Rozi, no I haven't read it, but will look it up. He's definitely a great!
