Traveling Foreigner, Unable to Pin Verify Account Info

Hello,

I am a non-European traveler. I am unable to select the international country code (+1, United States of America) for phone verification. I am also not able to verify 18+ status because my Bank does not employ IBAN numbers (they routing and account numbers).

Are there alternatives methods for addressing these two issues?

Hi @jallaj, due to a legal matter phone numbers from the USA are excluded from registrations on our platform. And yes, unfortunately, not every bank/credit institution supports age verification via Schufa query. In this case, I can only recommend video verification.
