Can't complete CC transaction

Having an issue paying for plus with a foreign credit card, is this common? Any ideas?

Can't complete Plus Signup. I think it is because my CC is USA based. Are there other possibilities?

Hi @hairbe4r,

unfortunately it is legally not possible for Kaufmich to accept credit cards from the US. I recommend paying via invoice.

How it works:

Click on Invoice and fill out the form that appears. Once you’ve submitted it, the invoice will be sent to the email address saved in your profile – so please make sure your email is correct and up to date!

Next, transfer the amount using the payment reference shown to you. This is very important – without the correct reference, your payment can’t be matched. The reference looks like this: a 9-digit number starting with a zero, followed by KMCOM – for example, 012345678-KMCOM.

On weekdays, it usually takes 2–3 days for our payment provider to process and credit the payment.
