KM Support/dev: Nobody reads my profile before messaging me. The text needs to be more prominent! The mobile app is hiding the profile text in dropdowns.

Hello,

I´m constantly contacted by people who have not read a single line of what I wrote in my profile. It´s annoying and time consuming, because I´m asked all the things that I have already addressed in my profile. I wanted to make people read my profile by asking them to do so in one of my pictures, but I am not allowed to have text in the pictures. I think the layout of the profiles should altered in a way that I can address my customers with a short status line as prominently as with my pictures. Also I think it would help alot, if my profile text was not hidden in dropdowns in the mobile app.

Alternatively I would want to be able to show a message in one of my pictures. Since all pictures are reviewed before going online, I think it would be reasonable to allow that.
