Hi @Jelanivv!

Whether someone can reach you comes down to two separate things:

Your message filter — under Settings → Content filter & ignore list → message filter. If you've set restrictions there (profile type, age, membership status, verification progress, nationality), anyone who doesn't match won't be able to message you.

First-contact limits — these cap how many new people someone can reach out to per day, and they differ by membership:

As a Plus client, you can send up to 50 first-contact messages or date requests per day, and reveal escorts phone numbers up to 30 times per day.

Basis clients have lower limits: up to 3 first-contact messages/date requests per day to Plus escorts, and only 1 per day to other Basis clients (and only once their profile is at least 7 days old).
